so heres a heartfelt entry. coming from me, thats pretty surprising. i dont really like to let out my feelings to everybody, but here i go.
i could list all the things wrong about myself, but how completely overdone is that? so im going to list all the things i love.

"So, this is my life. And I want you to know that I am both happy and sad and I'm still trying to figure out how that could be."

i love my friends. my true friends who have been there for me from the very beginning
i love the fact that im pretty sure my dad's becoming a christian.
i love that ive been given opportunities to see the best in myself, and others.if that makes sense.
i love everybody who ive had some sort of relationship with this year. ie guys, friends, others. you've made me into the person i am now, and i cant thank you enough. thank you for letting me fall, and for me being able to pick myself back up again when it was through. thank you for challenging me. and putting me in a position where i needed to learn to rely on God and not myself.
i love how my best friend knows that i can't order a burger, so when the waitress at chili's asks me how id like it cooked, she mouths me the "answer"
i love my sister. and my niece and nephew. and how my niece gave me a christmas present even though shes only six. and how her gift was probably something she found lying in her room, but still it made me smile.
i love receiving hugs from anybody.
and as much as i hate my life sometimes, i absolutely love it.
i love being able to move forward now, and be the person i want to be.
i love that i know now that i dont need a guy to make me happy.
but i hate that it took me so long to realize it.
as much as i love the friends i have now, i wish i could have some of the old ones back.
maybe its too early to want that, but i still do.
i love them. and i want them to be happy..with life. with each other. with everything that life brings them.
i love that after a year of hating school and not trying to be smart, ive started reading somewhat sophisticated books. even though they usually bore me to..well, sleep.
i love that i have so many more years to figure out what i want to do with my life, and even if those years are taken away from me tomorrow..i'll be content with the person i am today.
i love that..i actually took the time to write all of this down so people could read it. and see a side of me that they probably didnt think existed. yeah, i have feelings. yeah, i have thoughts. and im more than quotes and icons..im more than a good pair of chanel quilted lambskin ballerina flats. OHMYGOSH. did i just say that? yes. i did. i dont need any of that.
i love that i realize the impact that everything has had on me.
and last but not least, i love that through all of this..all of this year..everything thats happened..i can go on...and although my life may not be completely perfect, i can at least be content with the life i lead, and the people i encounter..and everything that's brought my way.

i adore you all. thank you for being you when that's all i needed. and to some of you, thanks for taking the precious time out of your lives to read all of that.
